For a Quote: Choose the plastic and metal pens that you wish to have quoted. Click on Obtain Quote and detail the quantities and colours you wish to obtain a quote. We will process your quotation asap.
How to Order: Please simply email confirmation of what you would like to order from us to sales@penshop.co.nz
Method of Payment: We prefer payment by automatic transfer into our bank account or by cheque.
Delivery: Goods will be delivered to your nominated address. Estimated delivery time will be advised at time of quote.
Privacy Policy: Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, landline telephone number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact the user. We will not divulge this information to any other parties under any circumstances.
